Dear Brandon, Rick, Marlene and Craig,

As far as I can tell from my computer calendar, I first started attending the JPL Dynamic Strength Training program on January 4, 2011, about 1.25 years ago.

I have kept coming back so that I can continue the gains of increased energy, endurance, better posture and balance from Dynamic Strength Training.

There are lots of studies that show that aerobic exercise, while important, is not enough to offset an important finding about aging and muscle mass: as we age, humans lose muscle mass. Strength training or weight lifting is the only way to counteract this.

Weight lifting is somewhat dangerous and a lot of work. Dynamic Strength Training (at least as done by The Dynamic Advantage team) is work but also fun. Moreover, there is the additional benefit of decreasing the risk of osteoporosis, in addition to helping maintain muscle mass.

You are excellent instructors. The people attracted to your program at JPL are good people and I enjoy sharing a couple of hours each week with them.

Thanks to this program, I really have more energy and enjoy life more! It’s good to now that medical studies have validated the reasons for this.

I would sincerely recommend this program to anyone who thinks they are getting all the exercise they need from treadmills. They are not! They also need the Dynamic Strength Training Program to get more out of their life!
