Since 1993, we have created ongoing programs for our clientele in various settings including their home or office, assisted living facilities, local parks or our world headquarters in Pasadena, CA.

Your goals may range from body fat reduction to post-rehabilitation following an injury, or from wanting total body conditioning to preparing yourself for ski season or an upcoming triathalon. We will guide, motivate and inspire you while continually implementing a 30, 45 or 60 minute program that evolves as your needs, goals and fitness levels change.

Our staff of fitness professionals will additionally offer you the instruction and information products (books, videos, etc.) you’ll need to feel confident and knowledgeable when exercising on your own if you’re away from us either between sessions or while you are traveling to far away places. —It is our objective to teach you the skills needed to stay fit for a lifetime!
