- Dynamic Strength Training®
Do you need motivation? There is no better way than with a team of six at our studio or a team of up to 20 when we come to you. Discover how to strengthen your body, increase fat-free muscle, improve balance, coordination and overall body awareness. Using rubber resistance tubing and air filled stability balls, you and your teammates will receive these benefits to acheive success. Our trainers possess the expertise and commitment to inspire, educate and motivate you to attain your goals. The Dynamic Strength Training experience provides the opportunity for everyone to workout together even at various fitness levels. Our goal is to have more people experience the difference a personal fitness professional can make in their lives. With Dynamic Strength Training® the investment of a personal trainer is shared with the team.
- One-On-One Personal Training
Do you want success quickly? Whether your goals are to increase your strength, improve your posture, recreational or competetive sports performance, body fat loss, increased lean muscle, improved function, balance and coordination, We'll cut through the jungle of obstacles and you will achieve it! Whether at our studio or in a location of your choice, your trainer will design a program that is truly DYNAMIC. It will evolve as your fitness level, needs and goals change.
- Cancer and Exercise
Special Population Training allows for individuals with physical challenges to become stronger and more capable of maintaining an independent lifestyle. THE DYNAMIC ADVANTAGE continues to stay updated with the latest information to create fitness programs for
post-cardiac patients, those battling cancer, multiple sclerosis, diabetes and arthritis.
Additionally, we have fitness programs for those who are pregnant and post-partum.
- Kidney and Liver Disease and Exercise
The Dynamic Strength Training program now serves pre and post kidney and liver transplant patients at St. Vincent Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. This includes individuals on kidney dialysis. The main objective of the program is to help boost the physical conditioning, reduce body fat, body weight, blood pressure and blood sugar of the participants. In addition, the activities will help decrease the recovery time and length of hospital stay required following the major surgery of an organ transplant. The program has been in place at St. Vincent's since January 2005.
- Nutritional Consultation and Guidance
Because eating right gets results! Whether you're interested in weight loss or weight maintenance, sport performance or improvements in lean body mass, we will work together with you to create the program that fits your needs. We will assist you with the behavior modification skills necessary for you to choose the right foods in the appropriate amounts both at home and in a restaurant.

- Equipment Selection and Layout
If your fitness center is at home or at the office, we will consult with you on selecting the proper equipment to fit your needs, goals, space requirements and budget. Once your equipment is selected we will help you install it and arrange it so your exercise space is efficient and fits your needs.
- Ergonomic Evalutions for the Workplace
THE DYNAMIC ADVANTAGE team will come into your office, factory, assembly line or business to evaluate the ergonomics of your workstations. Our expertise in human movement and postural assessment will provide you with information that minimizes the risk of workplace injuries. We can also conduct workshops for your staff on proper lifting techniques and movement mechanics.
- Sports-Specific Training
For the elite athlete or the weekend athlete who wants to be stronger and win. We will design a program that targets the conditioning you need for your sport.
