Rick’s Blueberry Yogurt Parfait

Try Rick’s Blueberry Yogurt Parfait

You will need:
• 1/2 Cup of Greek non-fat plain yogurt
• 1/3 cup of blueberries
• 2tbs Gravenstein applesauce(you can find this at Trader Joes)
• ¼ cup of granola

1. Layer berries at the bottom of your bowl or container
2. Create a second layer with the Gravenstein applesauce
3. Spoon yogurt on top to create a 3rd layer & smooth over berries and applesauce
4. Top with Granola and enjoy!

(*This is great as a side to pack in your lunch cooler, if you choose to do this use frozen berries and keep the granola in a Ziploc and add it in just before eating. This is what Rick typically does.)
