In 2005, Rick co-developed “Fitness Anywhere in the World”, an instructional exercise video promoting the use of elastic resistance tubing for any population. He and business partner, Brandon Flowers have recently developed “Where The Rubber Meets The Road” a new series of Dynamic Strength Training e-books for elastic resistance tubing plus “Get On The Ball” for safely, effectively using air-filled stability balls.
