Our current availability for in-person training at our studio is offered:

Mondays: 6:30am / 8:30am / 10:30am

Tuesday: 8:30am

Wednesday: 6:30am / 10:30am / 5:30pm

Thursday: 8:30am / 10:30am / 5:30pm

Friday: 6:30am / 8:30am / 10:30am


We also offer Online Group Training – Zoom Dynamic Strength Training (ZDST).

M/T/TH/F @ 11:30AM
