DST = DYNAMIC STRENGTH TRAINING® Using rubber resistance tubing you and your teammates will participate in a personalized fitness training program designed to strengthen your body, increase fat-free muscle, improve balance, coordination and overall body awareness. Each of these programs is provided free of charge to all cancer survivors plus pre and post organ transplant candidates and their significant support person.

SVMC = St. Vincent Medical Center, Cancer Treatment Center, 201 South Alvarado St.- Los Angeles The sessions take place in the Blue Room of Seton Hall.

TWC-F = The Wellness Community-Foothills, 200 E. Del Mar Ave., Suite 118 - Pasadena

RTW = Return To Wellness is a current program being held at Methodist Hospital in Arcadia, CA and supported by The Wellness Community -Foothills. This is a 10 week program for breast cancer survivors. Contact The Wellness Community to sign up at (626)796-1083. The next program begins January 2008.
